What is UC?

Cisco Unified Communications Solutions unify voice, video, data and mobile applications on fixed and mobile networks, delivering an easy-to-use, media rich collaboration experience across business, government agency, and institutional workspaces. These applications use the network as the platform to enable users to connect anywhere, anytime, anyplace, using any media, device or operating system.

What is UCBTW Classroom?

The Unified Communications Business Transformation Workshop is a two day Classroom instructor-led training that was developed by Cisco and business consultants to teach Account Managers and Pre-Sales Engineers how to properly position Cisco UC solutions by understanding business challenges. Students will learn how to articulate to a business decision maker how a Cisco UC solution can help solve their business issues and transform their businesses processes.
