This four-session instructor-led workshop, delivered virtually (10 hours total), provides Account Managers (AM) with the appropriate skills and information necessary to recognize business needs and articulate to business decision makers (BDMs) how Cisco's Collaboration architecture will meet their needs to transform business processes and stay relevant in today's business landscape.

At the end of this workshop the AM will be able to:

  1. Position Cisco's architectural strengths and the capabilities of Cisco's collaboration tools as a key component to the success of their customer's business
  2. Develop customer relationships at the appropriate levels of the customer's organization
  3. Recognize the customer's business objectives and articulate to BDMs how Cisco's collaboration tools will transform their business to achieve those objectives
  4. Demonstrate and articulate the business value of Cisco's architecture and collaboration tools.
