In today's highly competitive business world, effective meetings are essential for achieving the kind of results that are required to succeed. Unfortunately, when most people receive a notice to attend a meeting, often their first reaction is "ugh, another hour of my day wasted." This reaction is understandable since so many meetings are poorly planned and poorly executed with no clear purpose or agenda, a lot of wasted time and ultimately producing little in the way of tangible results.

Meeting Excellence is an interactive workshop where you will discover the elements of Meeting Excellence, assess your current team meetings, understand the three phases of a meeting, and learn a wide variety of tools for both meeting facilitators and meeting participants in each of the three phases and, most important, walk away with a plan for improving your next meeting.
